Since November 3, GOP lawmakers and their constituents have pushed actual lies in favor of overturning the election results. More than half of the Republican Congress signed on to a baseless Texas lawsuit that has been rejected by the Supreme Court, including all three of Donald Trump’s appointees. Whether the fringe found Trump or Trump found the fringe, the movement is real and increasingly dangerous.
