Colorado Supreme Court justices threatened after Trump ballot ruling

December 27, 2023

The FBI is investigating a series of online threats made against state justices in Colorado, who recently ruled to disqualify former President Trump from the state’s 2024 primary election ballot. An FBI official tells CBS News the agency will “vigorously pursue investigations of any threat or use of violence.” Scott MacFarlane reports from Washington.
