The Supreme Court has decided that bump stocks cannot be regulated as machine guns. Former President Trump told the ATF in 2018 that they could regulate bump stocks, a mechanism that allows guns to fire like machine guns. NBC News’ Yamiche Alcindor reports on the Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision.
