ABC News spoke with a mother in Gaza about how she has to make impossible choices to keep her 4-year-old daughter Hanaa alive.
Hanaa developed diabetes and kidney disease after the war began and she needs specialized nutrition. The number of children diagnosed with acute malnutrition in southern Gaza has nearly doubled since July, according to UNICEF.
