With the midterms just weeks away, Donald Trump is leaving open the possibility of declaring a national emergency or invoking the Insurrection Act— to seize control of the elections. Joe Morelle says democrats are ready to respond to any steps to interfere in the election, "We’ll be watching….we’re prepared to go to court should the department of justice overstep at all." Adding, "they’re largely toothless… this is really their effort to intimidate people."
