Donald Trump is suing two co-founders of the newly public parent company of his Truth Social platform, Trump Media & Technology Group, for what the lawsuit claims to be mishandling of an attempt to take Trump Media public several years ago. Trump’s suit follows a complaint filed in February by both Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss, which sought to prevent him from taking steps the two said would reduce their combined stake in the company.
