Timelapse footage captured a stunning aurora borealis dancing over the Nubble Lighthouse in York, Maine.
A series of solar flares and "explosions" from the sun led to geomagnetic storms that triggered "spectacular displays of aurora on Earth" NOAA’a Space Weather Prediction Center said.
